Genmitsu Compressed Spot Laser Module with Air Assist for CNC Machines

This laser module upgrade provides the possibility for more precise and demanding engraving and cutting projects with an ultra-fine 0.1mm*0.1mm laser spot. You can cut 4mm plywood in one pass.

Featuring a stock air assist nozzle and compressed laser spot, this laser module excels in engraving and cutting efficiency. The nozzle also allows for better lens protection and a smoother cutting finish.

The laser shield on the module can filter most UV light to protect you from laser beam reflection for safer operation.

This laser module is only compatible with Genmitsu 3018-PRO, 3018-PROVer, 3018-PROVer V2, and 3020-PRO MAX CNC Milling Machines.

Engravable materials include cardboard, plastic, PCB, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and black metal. Cuttable materials include wood, acrylic, cardboard, non-woven fabric, bamboo, and laser-safe plastic.

With an optical laser power of 5.5W and a spot size of 0.1mm*0.1mm, the laser module has a focal length of 30mm and a wavelength of 455 ± 5nm. The electrical interface is a XH2.54-3Pin terminal, with a 12V / 2.5A input.

The new laser module features a focal spot of 0.1mm x 0.1mm, much smaller and more consistent than current generation modules, allowing for a leap in power and accuracy. It can cut 4mm plywood in a single pass. Note that this is a laser class 4 module, so proper protective equipment should be worn when using it.

The light-weight aluminum air nozzle delivers improved engraving speed and quality, while also protecting the optics from smoke and dust for better performance and a longer laser lifespan.

The fixed-focus laser diode with upgraded heat dissipation will enable the module to operate for extended periods with a longer operation life.

The laser head comes with a shield to filter laser radiation and avoid accidental exposure, ensuring safer operation.
