CNC Router Machine with Custom 710W 7000-30000 RPM Trim Router Spindle & ER-11 Collet, Engraving for Wood Acrylic Aluminum

The NBS-6040 CNC router features a self-developed 710W trim router spindle, a second-to-none move in the market. Its soft start and constant current drive features allow the spindle RPM to transition smoothly from slow to fast, ranging from 7000 to 30,000 RPM, adjustable. The ER11 collet gripping range is 1-8mm, 1/4", and 1/8".

The NBS-6040 utilizes linear rails and ball screws on every axis, built for much larger, heavier machines, to enhance productivity and accuracy while maintaining the rapid movement capabilities that the 6040 series is known for. This model is based on the open-source Grbl v1.1 firmware, equipped with 32-bit chips that enable a pulse frequency of up to 80 KHz. It adds 4-axis linkage motion, MPG, offline control, 3-pin laser port, air pump, and other extended functions. Users can also transform code files from the offline controller to the local memory for more stable engraving.

In order to provide makers with a better experience, the NBS-6040 features a series of expansion function ports, including the fourth-axis expansion (four-axis linkage), MPG, Z probe tool set, air pump port, lighting port, air blowing, and dust boot placement, which will be listed separately in the coming next.

The pre-assembled modular design allows for a 20-minute installation process, with just a few steps and wiring of electronics before starting projects. The working area has been increased to 23.62" x 15.75" x 4.53", accommodating the 710W trim CNC router spindle, making the 6040 CNC router ready for all your projects.

Controlling the NBS-6040 is made simple and convenient with the 2.8" touchscreen offline controller. Users can operate the machine manually or utilize the reserved placement for the Electric Controller Box.

Please note that the 1/4" collet is not included in the package, as the ER-11 router is designed specifically for use in CNC machines, skipping the bases and jigs that won't be used.
